1. Who we are

Tornado Alley for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 ("Tornado Alley", "the mod") is made and sold by GCS Desenvolvimento LTDA, Rua Luiz Pelegrinelli, 1749, Umuarama – PR, 87504-810, Brazil ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

2. What you buy

When you buy Tornado Alley you get a licence, not ownership of the software. The licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, and lets you install and use the mod, including every preset and tornado type it ships with and the updates we publish, on computers you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

You may not resell, share, re-upload or redistribute the mod or its files, remove its notices, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows you to.

3. Your account

Downloads and licence keys live in your account. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to it.

4. Prices and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it handles the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live, and handles billing questions and returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase itself. We never see or store your card details. A licence is issued once Paddle confirms the payment.

5. Updates and support

We aim to keep Tornado Alley working with current versions of Microsoft Flight Simulator, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every future version, aircraft or add-on. Support is available at [email protected].

7. Microsoft Flight Simulator

Tornado Alley is an independent add-on. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Microsoft. Microsoft Flight Simulator is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. You need your own copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator to use the mod.

8. Liability

The mod is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to purchases made after it is published. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
