Our promise

If Tornado Alley does not work for you, tell us. We would rather fix it, but if we can't, we will refund you.

Within 14 days

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to [email protected] with your order number. Please tell us what went wrong; it helps us improve the mod. You can also ask Paddle, our reseller, directly at paddle.net.

Digital content and your right of withdrawal

Tornado Alley is digital content delivered immediately. If you live in the EU, the UK or another country with a legal right of withdrawal, that right ends once you start downloading the mod, because you ask for immediate delivery at checkout. Our 14-day refund promise above applies anyway.

How refunds work

Refunds are issued through Paddle, our reseller, back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. When an order is refunded, its licence is revoked and the downloads stop working.

Purchases on the MSFS Marketplace

If you bought Tornado Alley on the Microsoft Flight Simulator Marketplace, refunds follow Microsoft's policy; please contact Microsoft.
