Privacy policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
1. Who is responsible
GCS Desenvolvimento LTDA, Rua Luiz Pelegrinelli, 1749, Umuarama – PR, 87504-810, Brazil is responsible for your personal data. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we collect and why
- Account: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash), to give you access to your licences and downloads.
- Orders: what you bought, when, the price, any coupon and the transaction reference from Paddle, to deliver your licence, keep accounting records and handle refunds. We never receive your full card details.
- Downloads: when a file was downloaded, with the IP address and browser, to protect licences from abuse.
- Bug reports: the email address and the report you send, plus your browser, to reply and fix the problem.
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you sign up, to tell you about launches and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Cookies, storage and statistics
We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in, for your cart, to remember your cookie choice and to cache the 3D scenes so they load faster on your next visit.
- Our own statistics (always on, no cookies): which pages are viewed and whether a visit reaches the cart, the checkout or a purchase, with the referring site, campaign tags, country and device type. We do not store your IP address: a visit is identified by a code made from it that changes every day, so visits cannot be linked across days. Kept for 13 months.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics (always on, no cookies): anonymous page-view counts.
- Google Analytics (only if you accept it in the cookie banner): sets cookies to measure visits and purchases. Advertising features are turned off. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
We do not use advertising cookies.
4. Who we share it with
Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, receives your email address, country and payment details to process the order and the taxes; it acts as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. If you accept Google Analytics, Google receives usage data under its own privacy policy. Apart from these, only our hosting, email and analytics providers (such as Cloudflare) process data, on our behalf and under contract. We do not sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
Account data for as long as your account exists; order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires; bug reports and download logs for up to 2 years.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Brazil's LGPD) you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
